Directors and Officers Liability in the Changing Economy: Nicholas Conca, Managing Principal, Integro Insurance Brokers, will discuss how the D&O market has been affected by the credit crisis. He will explain the bifurcated marketplace, discuss the recent up tick in securities class action filings, and identify issues that are making underwriters and risk managers nervous, including important legal developments. Nick has 20 years of experience in Directors & Officers and other professional liability insurance products. Prior to joining Integro, Nick was a Senior Managing Director with Frank Crystal & Co. Previously, Nick was the President of Liberty International Underwriters USA, First Vice President of Reliance National and an attorney with Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker.
